The residential development of SayeBrook is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. King Construction Services, Inc. has teamed with Pulte Homes to accomplish a prime residential community in a top-tier location. This project will include the sitework services of clearing and grubbing, home pad building, and pond construction. This project’s scope will involve the installation of storm drain, water, and sewer pipe. The concrete finishes for the job will include installing sidewalks, curb, and gutter. This multi-phase residential community will become home to several families and citizens of the Grand Strand. The teamwork and high-skilled teams used within this project generate a unique opportunity for our team to showcase their unmatched sitework skills in a future site that will become a community.
